The official fantasy football season is over, but if you are reading this, you know you are going to play daily fantasy or make some prop bets. Just because the fantasy season has ended does not mean injuries are turned off! So many players are out or questionable this week with injuries, many of which are critical for your daily fantasy and prop bet selections. Let's dive into the implications of Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Kyren Williams, and over 30 other injuries.
Quarterbacks

Josh Allen
Injury: Foot injury
Analysis: Allen will play again as he continues to recover from a mild right foot sprain. We talked at length last week about how the right foot is critical for a right-handed passer to generate throw power. For the most part, Allen looked fine delivering the ball last week, but at times did not appear to have the same drive that he normally has. The slippery surface may have been a factor as well, but his foot injury cannot be ignored. Rushing will continue to be limited as well until his foot's function returns closer to normal. Allen did appear to have at least slightly injured his foot last week, making it possible that he suffered a mild setback. Overall, Allen should remain a solid DFS play, but upside is capped compared to his norm.
Lamar Jackson
Injury: Back contusion
Analysis: Lamar is back after missing last week with a back contusion. The advantage of a contusion is that healing is usually very smooth and quick. As bruising subsides, which takes 7-10 days, full function is restored. There is no loss of stability, strength, or mobility as long as rehab has focused on the right things, and function should be very close to 100% this week.
Jordan Love
Injury: Concussion
Analysis: Love has cleared the concussion protocol but will rest in week 18 as the Packers prepare for the playoffs.
Marcus Mariota
Injury: Quad and hand injury
Analysis: Mariota is not yet healthy enough from his quad and hand injuries and will miss another week. These will be fully cleared up by next season.
JJ McCarthy
Injury: Right hand fracture
Analysis: Despite a hairline fracture in his hand, McCarthy is fully cleared from the injury report and set to play. I would expect some issues with ball handling and accuracy due to the injury.
Running Backs

Breece Hall
Injury: Knee injury
Analysis: Hall is questionable with a knee injury that kept him out of Wednesday's practice before returning on a limited basis Thursday and Friday. If Hall can play, his knee should be moving well enough after a solid warmup that it won't impact his statline.
De'Von Achane
Injury: Shoulder injury
Analysis: Achane is expected to miss week 18 with a shoulder injury. It is not believed serious and should not affect his ability to train in the offseason.
Alvin Kamara
Injury: MCL sprain
Analysis: As we long expected, Kamara's MCL sprain from week 12 effectively ended his season. The MCL gets a solid blood supply, so long term, this is not a big issue, but Kamara will be 31 next season, has a lengthy injury history, and a ton of touches in his career. His best days are behind him for fantasy.
Aaron Jones
Injury: Hip injury
Analysis: Jones won't play in week 18 due to a hip injury.
Kyren Williams
Injury: Ankle injury
Analysis: Williams is expected to play through an ankle injury in week 18. Despite the Rams being locked into either the five or six seed, McVay wants to push the starters to play. Williams should play well, as running backs average only an 8% drop-off in fantasy production after an ankle injury. Re-injury risk is a potential threat, with over 20% of ankle sprains re-spraining in the same season.

Blake Corum
Injury: Ankle injury
Analysis: Corum logged just one limited practice Friday, putting his status for week 18 in doubt. While McVay wants to push the starters to play, it would be unwise to play Corum, who is clearly not at 100% after an ankle injury on Monday night. I would expect Corum to either sit entirely or see an extremely limited snap count.
Rico Dowdle
Injury: Toe injury
Analysis: Dowdle will play through a mild turf toe injury. When mild, these are not a big deal; more severe cases are a big problem. Dowdle is completely off the injury report, and I would not expect this injury to slow him down in week 18.
Omarion Hampton
Injury: Ankle injury
Analysis: Hampton won't play in week 18 due to an "ankle" injury, though there are no reports of any new injury and he played 81% of snaps in week 17. It's likely the Chargers are simply resting Hampton in anticipation of the playoffs. If we hear otherwise, we will provide a new analysis on his injury, but for now, there is no concern for the first round of the playoffs.
Jordan Mason
Injury: Ankle injury
Analysis: Mason will start in week 18 after missing week 17 with an ankle injury. He's fully off the injury report which bodes well suggesting his ankle function has restored. Running backs average just an 8% dip in fantasy production after an ankle injury, and for Mason, his partner, Aaron Jones will not play, paving the way for a big workload. Mason should be solid for DFS this week.
Javonte Williams
Injury: Neck and shoulder injury
Analysis: Javonte has been ruled out for week 18 due to a neck and shoulder injury that he has been dealing with for a few weeks. Assuming these injuries do not involve the disc, which they do not indicate that they do, his 2026 outlook is bright.
Kimani Vidal
Injury: Neck injury
Analysis: Vidal is trending towards playing and leading the "Charge" for Los Angeles this week as rookie Omarion Hampton won't play. A neck muscle strain is nothing to be overly concerned with and will have exactly no impact on his production levels. With Hampton out vidal is a very intriguing DFS play.
Bhayshul Tuten
Injury: Finger injury
Analysis: Tuten will play after missing time for a finger surgery. This won't affect his rushing at all, and by now he likely has regained most of his finger dexterity needed to catch. Minimal impact on fantasy statlines from this injury.
Malik Davis
Injury: Calf injury
Analysis: Malik Davis has been ruled out with a calf injury, ending his 2025 season.
Wide Receivers

Davante Adams
Injury: Hamstring strain
Analysis: Adams is technically questionable after logging a few limited practices this week, but would be very risky for the Rams to play his this week. A significant hamstring strain in a 32-year-old athlete with a long history of hamstring strains greatly increases the risk for re-injury. With the Rams firmly slotted into the five or six seed, it makes no sense to push him to play this week.
Marvin Harrison Jr.
Injury: Heel and foot injury
Analysis: Harrison has been ruled out with both a heel and foot injury. His season is over. Foot injuries can be tricky. To date, there is no indication that his foot injury has caused any major stability impairments secondary to ligament tears, but this is a situation we will want to monitor over the offseason. In the event that a more serious injury has occurred that leads to ligament laxity, this can be a tricky rehab. Let's hope that's not the case for Harrison.
Amon-Ra St. Brown
Injury: Knee and ankle injury
Analysis: Amon-Ra is trending towards playing through an ankle sprain and knee irritation again, just as he did last week. Another week out from the ankle injury makes it likely he has regained most, if not all, stability, and while re-injury risk is present, production should be good. Mild knee injuries generally feel fine when warmed up. Assuming he plays, Amon-Ra should be a great DFS play.
Jaylen Waddle
Injury: Rib injury
Analysis: Waddle is believed to be on the better side of questionable with a rib injury that knocked him out early last week. Rib injuries are painful, and several critical muscles attach to the ribs that are needed to function well to twist and reach to make catches. If Waddle does suit up. receivers average an 18% drop in fantasy production after a rib injury.

Wan'Dale Robinson
Injury: Rib injury
Analysis: Robinson will end a solid 2025 campaign on the sidelines as he has been ruled out due to a rib injury. Regardless of the exact details of this rib injury, he will be ready to go for all offseason activities as he looks to build off of a great 2025 in 2026.
Rome Odunze
Injury: Foot fracture
Analysis: Odunze should be getting closer to a return from a stress fracture in his foot. The initial injury was reported after week 13, and stress fractures require 4-6 weeks of rest to heal; as such, Odunze should be in line to, at worst, return for the Wild Card round of the playoffs. I would not be surprised if Odunze is a little slow and rusty in his first game back, but if Chicago can make a run, he should be able to provide value in the playoffs.
Luther Burden
Injury: Quad injury
Analysis: Burden is off the injury report and full-go for Sunday. A quad contusion can be a challenge depending on how severe it is. A severe contusion combined with early return to sport can lead to a condition called myositis ossificans, where bone literally starts to form within the muscle. That's worst case scenario, not necessarily meaning Burden will experience that. He practiced in full Thrusday and Friday, which tells us the contusion has significantly gone down, and as the bruising subsides, function restores. Burden can be a nice DFS play this week.
Rashid Shaheed
Injury: Concussion
Analysis: Shaheed has cleared the concussion protocol and will play this week. No performance dip is expected as Seattle attempts to lock up the number one seed.
Kayshon Boutte
Injury: Concussion
Analysis: Boutte has cleared the concussion protocol and will play this week. No performance dip is expected as New England attempts to edge out Denver for the number one seed.
Pat Bryant
Injury: Concussion
Analysis: Bryant has cleared the concussion protocol and will play this week. No performance dip is expected as Denver looks to lock up the number one seed.
Tight Ends

George Kittle
Injury: Ankle injury
Analysis: Kittle expects to return this week from what we believe was a medial ankle sprain. This can impact push-off and top speed, but should not impact his ability to change directions and separate. Additionally, this injury certainly won't make Kittle any smaller, so his size is still an advantage. I would expect some impact on his fantasy production, but still should be better than most options out there.
Dallas Goedert
Injury: Knee injury
Analysis: Goedert and most of the Philly starters won't play in week 18.
Kyle Pitts
Injury: Knee injury
Analysis: A mild injury over the past month has not reduced Pitts snap rate at all, and outside of last week his production has been excellent. Assuming Pitts plays again this week, his knee injury should not hold him back.
David Njoku
Injury: Knee injury
Analysis: Njoku has been ruled out for the fourth straight game. His season is over.
TJ Hockenson
Injury: Shoulder injury
Analysis: Hockenson is out this week with a shoulder injury.
Jake Ferguson
Injury: Calf injury
Analysis: Ferguson will play this week after his second calf injury of the season. The calf is vulnerable to re-injury, which DFS players and prop bettors need to be aware of. The calf is critical for accelerating off the line and getting downfield, and tight ends average a 13% drop-off in fantasy points after a calf injury.
Harold Fannin Jr.
Injury: Groin injury
Analysis: We saw Fannin Jr. aggravate his groin injury while twisting to make a nice touchdown catch. The aggravation will cost him the last game of the season. The good news is Fannin should be fully healed for offseason activities as he looks to build off a strong rookie season in 2026.
Darren Waller
Injury: Groin injury
Analysis: Waller is on the injured reserve and his season is over.
